National Inclusion Week

We were really lucky this year that national inclusion week fell on the same week as our quarterly collaboration week. Given that we were going to have everyone on site, it seemed like too good of an opportunity to miss.

To me, inclusion means being able and comfortable to bring your whole self to work without feeling the need to censor yourself or fear judgement from others. We are a lovely bunch of people at ZeroLight and it is always a pleasure getting to know each other better.

We invited all staff to share a bit more about their lives outside of ZeroLight through inclusion bios. It is always interesting to see what’s motivating people outside of work and what makes them tick.

These were a great conversation starter in the week and there were a few surprise revelations along the way!
