Visualisation specialists ZeroLight have completed their relocation to Live Works on the Newcastle Quayside. The move comes on the back of a suite of successes, providing the forefront of experiential retail technology to international automotive brands including Audi and Pagani. Solutions include in-dealership screen experiences, critically acclaimed VR experiences and the world's first cloud-powered online 3D configurator for Audi AG. The new facilities are a reflection of the expansion experienced by the visualisation company, whose employee base continues to expand.

The state-of-the-art building will enhance ZeroLight's operations by providing staff with top of the range work spaces, unique innovation spaces, demo areas, penthouse social space and iconic city centre location. Riverside views overlook the Tyne and Gateshead Millennium bridges, Sage Gateshead and Baltic whilst the North of the building features the views over the Live Garden and historic Almshouses.

Designed by architects Flanagan Lawrence and developed by Live Theatre, Live Works, along with Live Garden and Live Tales expands the creative quarter growing up around the Quayside. Jason Flanagan highlighted the importance of approaching and creating a solution that was respectful to the location and environment. He describes the front of the building as "a modern and elegant but very prominent fitting sandstone façade to blend into the surrounding"

"Large window spaces frame the views of the Sage opposite as well as the views from the wharf to the rest of the city. The brickwork and large openings are inspired by the many warehouses that populate the edge of the Tyne."
