07 April 2016 - Gateshead, UK. Automotive visualisation specialist ZeroLight has been shortlisted as a finalist for Red Herring's Top 100 Europe Award, a prestigious list honouring the year's most promising private technology ventures from across Europe.
Companies have been selected from a pool of over 1200 nominees spanning multiple industries and evaluated based upon technological innovation, management strength, market size, investor record, customer acquisition, and financial health.
"There are many great companies producing really innovative and amazing products in Europe. We had a very difficult time narrowing the pool and selecting the finalists. The shortlisting comes during a successful quarter for ZeroLight, which has led a number of innovations within the automotive visualization industry. Recent recognition includes winning the Techies Award for Cloud Technology, an Innovation & Excellence Award for 3D Automotive Technology and being selected as finalists in the FT Arcelor Mittal Boldness in Business Awards.
The finals of the Red Herring Awards: Europe take place in Amsterdam, April 11th - 13th, with a round of presentations showcasing strategic insight of each finalist ahead of the awards ceremony on the evening of April 13th.
