Graduate 3D Artist (Fixed-Term Contract)

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate 3D Artists to join our team for an 8-month fixed-term contract working on a high-profile architectural visualisation project.

In this fast-paced role, you will focus primarily on the set dressing and interior/exterior styling of digital homes. The workflow is fast, structured, and production driven, averaging approximately 2 days per elevation using a streamlined, drag-and-drop style asset library system.

You will work under the guidance of the Principal 3D Artist who will oversee your workflow, provide dedicated onboarding, and help you refine your architectural visualisation skills in a real-world environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Digital set dressing: Populate, style, and dress 3D architectural models (digital homes/elevations) using established asset libraries.
  • Efficient output: Maintain a rapid and consistent production tempo (targeting ~2 days per elevation) while maintaining visual accuracy and aesthetic quality.
  • Workflow optimisation: Utilise drag-and-drop style workflows efficiently within 3D software to build out believable, highly detailed scenes.
  • Quality assurance: Collaborate with the Art & Technical team to receive feedback, implement edits quickly, and align with client specifications.
Key skills
  • Recent graduate or degree holder in 3D Art, Architectural Visualisation, Games Art, Interior Design or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine is required. Familiarity with 3DS Max is highly beneficial.
  • A solid understanding of spatial layout, interior design aesthetics, lighting, and composition is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with structured deadlines and repetitive, high-volume production tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from feedback and guidance.
Application process

As part of the selection process, candidates will be asked to complete a short test brief to demonstrate their speed, visual composition, and proficiency in 3ds Max / Unreal Engine.
