The Role

We’re looking for a dedicated QA Analyst who is passionate about software testing. This role is perfect for a QA specialist, someone who takes pride in the discipline of quality assurance and is looking to build a long-term, rewarding career within a testing environment.

As part of our collaborative team, you’ll work across high profile client projects and internal products. We are looking for a North East-based professional who enjoys the energy of a studio environment and is looking for the balance of a 4-day working week.

What You'll Do
  • Plan, design, and execute manual test cases across multiple projects.
  • Perform deep exploratory and regression testing to ensure our products are world-class.
  • Report bugs clearly and concisely, acting as the bridge between the user experience and the development team.
  • Analyse test results and document findings where appropriate
  • Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other QA team members
  • Contribute to project stand-ups
  • Help drive and evolve QA best practices across the company
  • Balance multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a QA or software testing role
  • A strong eye for detail and a methodical, pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with exploratory testing and the ability to design your own test cases
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and how QA fits into the software development lifecycle
  • Comfortable using tools like Jira (or similar project/bug tracking tools)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • An understanding or interest in test automation is a plus
Why Join Us?

You’ll be part of a team that values QA as a vital, standalone discipline. We don’t see testing as a phase, but as a core pillar of our innovation.
