Suzuki UK set out with a clear ambition: to move beyond the traditional OEM website experience and offer a digital journey as innovative as their vehicles. By partnering with ZeroLight, they’ve done exactly that, creating a photorealistic, game-engine-powered configurator that bridges the gap between digital exploration and the showroom floor.
Launched initially to celebrate the arrival of Suzuki’s inaugural EV, the e Vitara, the project has since expanded to include the Vitara, Swift, and S-Cross.

ZeroLight provided a comprehensive, end-to-end delivery for the project. The process began with Suzuki’s master 3D CAD data, which was used to create real-time ready, product-correct digital twins for the ZeroLight car configurator solution. These are high-fidelity digital models that ensure every stitch and metallic flake is represented with absolute accuracy.
The configurator was integrated directly into the Suzuki UK website via a simple iFrame, enabling the solution to be deployed and maintained with minimal overhead. Customers can now explore each vehicle within an aspirational home environment or white studio scene, experimenting with colors, trims, and features in real-time.
The configurator provides image-based turntable content with the capability to intelligently upgrade users to fully interactive 3D pixel streaming based on their location and behaviour. This functionality together with the other benefits of using the ZeroLight platform has fundamentally shifted Suzuki UK's ability to capture and convert interest on their website. When compared to the brand’s previous configuration experience, the uplift in high-intent actions is significant:

One of the standout features of the Suzuki configurator is the 2D and 3D mode flexibility. The Suzuki UK team can enable the fully immersive 3D pixel streaming mode to support high-impact marketing campaigns.
