We wrapped up 2025 with our December Collaboration Week, a particularly special one this year as, due to our recent office move, it was our first time gathering on-site as a full team since May. The energy was high as everyone caught up and prepared to dive into the week.
We kicked things off with a company update over breakfast, provided by our neighbors at Made Deli. From there, we headed straight into workshops.

Over the week, we held a series of account focussed workshops led by various team members across our Growth and Delivery teams. We also held round-table discussions to ensure everyone is aligned on our long-term goals and current project trajectories
One of the week's highlights was a dedicated session on AI. We explored how different departments are already using AI to streamline workflows and brainstormed ways to integrate these technologies into our products to solve pain points and optimise our workflows.

Between these larger sessions, project groups also made the most of their face-to-face time to map out budgets, roadmaps, and reporting processes for the year ahead.
It wouldn’t be a December Collaboration Week without a lunch social. This year saw the return of Bingo, hosted by our CEO (and former Butlins Red Coat) Darren. With cash prizes on the line and a festive buffet from Stairwayz Cafe, the competition was as tense as ever!
To close out the week, we headed to Babucho for a three-course Christmas lunch, followed by cocktails at The Vampire Rabbit for our annual Employee Recognition Awards.
This year, we put the power in the hands of the team, asking them to design the award categories to best reflect what’s important to us as a company. A huge congratulations to our 2025 winners:
The Energizer Bunny Award: For the person who keeps the momentum high and the vibes positive.
Winner: Andy Ace

The Swiss Army Knife Award: For the individual who can tackle any challenge brilliantly.
Winner: Michael Orkney

The Alchemist: For the person who consistently creates magic out of thin air.
Winner: Christine Dauncey
Yoda Best! (Mentor of the Year): For the individual dedicated to supporting and sharing knowledge with others.
Winner: Jordan Barnes
It was the perfect way to celebrate a year of hard work and collective success. We’re heading into the new year feeling recharged and ready.
Roll on 2026!
