What is it like to work at ZeroLight?

Our studio base is at Live Works, an award-winning building in the heart of Newcastle’s Quayside.  We have lots of great perks within the studio including a high spec coffee machine, hot & soft drinks, beer fridge, fruit delivery, well stocked chocolate and snack drawers with table tennis, pool and great views in our employee area - the terrace.

We believe that a mix of studio and home working is the best fit for ZeroLight, allowing us to be both collaborative and have the focus needed to get things done.

This hybrid working approach allows employees to choose whether to work from their home office or in the studio for their everyday work. There are certain meetings, workshops and groups that your Line Manager will ask you attend each week and you’ll decide yourself where you work best for focussed time. You can read more about hybrid working here:

ZeroLight lives by four core values - Quality, Innovation, Focus & Collaboration.
